The Beardsley Real Estate Report has been created to give a simplistic yet comprehensive monthly review of the market.  There are two sections, one for detached properties and one for attached.  Both consist of the same information which is gathered from the MLS (excludes private listings).  It outlines total volume sold, number sold, new listings, average market time, average sold price, top and bottom sales and the price range where majority of properties were sold. Year over year stats for change in new listings, change in closed sales, change in inventory of homes for all properties.
 From MRED (Midwest Real Estate Data) a 10-page live digital market snapshot using charts and graphs demonstrating year over year monthly changes in the market.  No login, may be shared.
